I have tried so many different techniques to try and get my eyeliner to stay on all day, and most of them have ended up with me looking like a panda at the end of the day! :(
However there is one technique which I find really helps and extends the wear of my eyeliner.
-What I do is before I apply my eyeliner I take a Q-tip and I wipe my waterline to get rid of any excess water/fluid (I don't know what it is called just to dry it a bit!)
-Once I have done this I apply my eyeliner as normal..
-Then I take an eyeliner brush and any black eyeshadow that I have (preferably matte) and I apply this eyeshadow directly onto the eyeliner. You shouldn't have too much fall out as the eyeshadow sticks to the liner, but if you have a bit just take another Q-tip and wipe it off.
**If you want to make your eyeliner last even longer, then instead of using regular pencil eyeliner, use gel liners. These will not budge especially with this technique! Some of my favourite are:
